This punch is very simple and very delicious. Don’t be tempted to add lime - it doesn’t need it. The passion fruit pulp provides enough acidity on its own.


  • 12 passion fruit
  • 300 ml (½ pint) freshly squeezed orange juice


  1. Scoop the pulp and juice out of the passion fruit and strain to remove the seeds. Mix the juice with the orange and mango juices, sugar, rum and Curaçao.
  2. Add ice and stir really well. Serve with slices of fresh mango and orange wedges.
