Scallion Quiche

Method

Lay out a defrosted sheet of puff pastry in a greased 8-by-8-inch dish

Combine & Pour Over Pastry

6 beaten eggs

¼ c (60 ml) milk or cream

½ t garlic powder

2 chopped scallions

salt & pepper

Drop in a handful (½ c or 75 g) of whole cherry tomatoes & lay a few whole scallions over the top

Bake at 375°F for 30–35 min. (or until set)
