  • About

The Palo-no is inspired by a tequila-based cocktail that originated in Mexico, the paloma. This drink is still heavy on the grapefruit flavor, but instead of grapefruit soda, I use fresh grapefruit juice and agave to add depth of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz [60 ml] fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz [15

Method

In a highball glass filled with ice, add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave. Stir to combine. Top with the sparkling water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
