  • 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
  • ½ Bourbon Madagascar vanilla bean, split lengthwise

Method

  1. Place the milk and split vanilla bean in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat, cover, and let infuse for at least 15 minutes. Keep warm.
  3. Fill a large bowl halfway with cold water and add some ice cubes to it.
