I had leftover pho when writing out the recipe for the Bullshot, so it wasn’t a stretch to think to turn the leftover broth, strengthened by the beef and enhanced with sweet spices, into a warm cocktail. It’s really good, especially with an extra squeeze of Sriracha.
Combine the broth and vodka in a mug and heat in a microwave. Season with Sriracha to taste and garnish with a lime wedge.
