Cremona mustard is that splendid Italian confection of glacée fruits in clear mustard liquid. Bizarre to us, if we receive it as presents from avant garde friends we recycle it as a present or open it, wonder at it, then throw it away. However it is very good to stuff a pheasant with, as the Futurist Fascist poet Marinetti tells us. I owe this translation to dear Robin Weir from his book
