Meatloaf is a great invention; you can serve it hot with potatoes or mashed rutabagas or carrots, or cold with a salad.

Ingredients

  • pounds ground antelope (about 3 cups)
  • 12 ounces crackers, crushe

Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and press the mixture well into it. Bake for 1 hour
