  1. Place the sesame paste and garlic in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and reserve the canning liquid. Reserve 1 oz (30 g) of the drained chickpeas for garnish.
  3. Add 14 oz (420 g) drained chickpeas to the processor with half of the lemon juice and some
