  1. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes about 20 minutes in boiling water to soften them and remove some of the salt. Drain the tomatoes and squeeze them dry.
  2. Fabricate the sun-dried tomatoes into brunoise cuts.
  3. In a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the cream cheese, goat
