  1. To make the cuisson, place the pickling spice, salt, and wine in a sauté pan. Squeeze in the lemon juice and drop in the lemon half.
  2. Cover the sauté pan and place it over high heat. Just as the cuisson comes to the boil add the shrimp, stir once, and
