  1. Combine the oil and garlic in a freshly sanitized, nonreactive container just large enough to hold the peppers. Season it generously with salt and allow to mellow at cool room temperature about 30 minutes.
  2. Fabricate the peppers as desired.
  3. Mix the peppers with the garlic oil.
