Tiger Prawns in Tequila

Prawns are a fabulous get out of jail card in my house and I always keep a stash of tiger prawns around. Tequila may seem like an unusual pairing, but it brings out the prawn flavour and adds depth like no other. This recipe is very simple and straightforward (my kind of food) and best served with soft fluffy rice to soak up the rich garlic butter sauce.
