The perfect bananas for this recipe should be yellow with just a few brown spots. Slice and freeze them before use so that the smoothie is beautifully chilled with no need to add ice. This will keep it thick and luscious.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of frozen banana (about 120 g)
  • 50 ml natural yogurt

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 30–45 seconds, until smooth. Serve immediately.
