Method
- Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
- Break in the butter in pieces the size of walnuts.
- Add the lemon juice and sufficient very cold water to mix well together into a stiff paste.
- Flour the board.
- Roll out three times.
- If there is time let it stand in a cool place for half an hour, then use.
