Ingredients

  • Preserve of any kind
  • lemon, the juice and peel of half
  • white wine, a glass

Method

  1. Put the preserve at the bottom of a dish or glass.
  2. Pour over lemon juice and peel grated very fine, also the wine.
  3. Dissolve the isinglass in the water.
  4. Strain it.
  5. Mix with the cream.
  6. Add the sugar.
  7. Just let it boil.
  8. Stir until nearly cold.
