  • About

The classic negroni is a cocktail with roots in Italy. High on the list of amazing cocktail experiences I’ve had is sipping a negroni (or was it two?) in the cocktail enclave of Harry’s Bar in Venice. Traditionally, the recipe is equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth, and gin. I temper the bitterness by dropping the Campari a bit, and add just-squeezed orange juice for a dose of fresh flavor.
