To make the dressing, blend the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Add the single cream and blend again.
To prepare the salad, halve and stone the avocados. Cut the melon into four, peel and seed. Hull and slice the strawberries. Put a little dressing on each plate, slice and arrange the melon, avocado and strawberries on top. Brush with dressing.. Finish with hazelnuts and watercres
