  • 1 ¼ pounds minced pork
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lev

Method

Combine minced pork and garlic. Season with salt, sherry and soy sauce and form into small balls the size of a walnut. Roll in butter and sauté in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove pork balls to a serving dish and keep hot.
