  • 6 red-skinned eating apples
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 6 stalks cele

Method

Core and dice apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add sliced celery and walnut halves. Toss together in mayonnaise or French dressing according to taste, and pile into salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
