  • 2 pounds small clams
  • 2 pounds mussels

Method

  1. Set up the grill for direct grilling ( for charcoal or for gas) and preheat to high. Scrub the clams and mussels under cold running water, discarding any with cracked shells or shells that fail to close when tapped. Remove the threads at the hinges of the mussels.
