Ingredients

  • pounds unpeeled potatoes
  • ½ cup finely chopped yellow onion

Method

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until knife can be easily inserted (approx. 20-25 minutes). Remove, cool, and slice into ½-inch rounds.
