Diana is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, former owner/executive chef at Rain City Grill in Seattle (which was voted one of the top 5 restaurants in the city), and currently teaches professional culinary arts courses at Seattle Culinary Academy at Seattle Central Community College, and is a freelance culinary consultant.
