  • cups grated raw carrots (3–4 medium carrots)
  • cups (all-purpose) flour


Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another. Combine the ingredients from both bowls and mix well. Pour the batter into 2 or 3 greased loaf pans and bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes
