THE HOT DOG OF CHOICE 80 MILES WEST OF ROCHESTER, IN BUFFALO, THE the Red Hot is more traditional than the White Hot. And back in the 1920s, it was the more expensive, gourmet choice. But don’t tell a Buffalonian that. Despite the similar names and proximity of their places of origin, these two hots could not be more different. Instead of the uncured and unsmoked wiener that delnes the White, the Red features a more traditional red (all-beef) hot dog. Horseradish mustard and chili re
