REMEMBER THE HO-HUM (BUT OH SO DELICIOUS) PLAIN JANE DOG? This is her evil twin sister, hell-bent on spending the family fortune. Sink your teeth into this over-the-top juicy, plump, spicy mustard dog and you won’t mind that it cost a cool hundred bucks.
Get out a brioche bun. Cook a wagyu beef hot dog on a flattop according to the instructions; in the last minute or so of cooking, lightly toast the bun on the flattop. Place the dog in the bun and top with a smear of mustard. Sprinkle with edible gold ¿akes if desired.
