Loaded Guatemalan Meat Dog

GUATEMALA’S CONTRIBUTION TO THE TOPPINGS-CRAZY DOGS OF SOUTH AND Central America’s pantheon of toppings-crazy dogs, the shuco is a monstrosity packed with slices of ham, bacon, pepperoni, and spicy chorizo and longaniza sausage. It may resemble a subway sandwich more than anything else, but because a wiener is buried in there somewhere, I think it’s lne to call it a haute dog.
