Method

Combine all the ingredients except the yogurt in a blender, season with salt and pepper, and blend to a smooth paste. Stir in the yogurt by hand; the dressing will get very runny if you add the yogurt to the blender.

I love this dressing; it’s delicious.

On a spinach salad, with green beans or chickpeas, croutons, and fresh green herbs.

On grilled chicken with a Belgian
