This is an exceptionally fun recipe that makes me very happy. Why don’t you try it? You may well become addicted; that’s what happened to me.

Take note: All quantities are approximate. For a punchier soup, add a bit more vinegar; if you prefer a gentler taste, add some more olive oil. Such fun!

Keep the soup in the fridge until ready to serve, or take it along to a picnic in a Thermos.
