For the pear-lime ice

  • 2 ripe pears (12 oz/350 g), peeled and cored
  • juice and grated ze

Method

Make the pear-lime ice: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the puree into a measuring cup with a spout and let stand for 15 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve.

Make the pomegranate ice: In a clean blender, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes as well so the sugar can dissolve.
