I started developing this scone after spending a month in France with Josh and my family, just before we got married. I became obsessed with having light and delicious whole-wheat scones for Huckleberry. I wanted them to taste as close to graham crackers as I could manage. We’ve tried to replace these at Huckleberry numerous times with other variations and we always end up with enough angry snarls that we have to bring them back right away.
