Method

This is an important ingredient of curries and is also served as such with the rice pullaos. Ready-made plain yoghurt (without any added flavour) available in England is a suitable substitute for the curd.

Method of preparation:—Heat one pint (600 mils) milk till it becomes warm but not very hot. Beat one dessertspoonf
