Crayfish is best done simply, so this recipe is extremely easy yet so satisfying! If you don’t want to put the crayfish over the coals, you can eliminate this step; they are equally as enjoyable to eat minus the delicious smoky flavour and the addition of garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • Crayfish (as many as you please) Boiling water
  • Salt
  • Butter Garlic
