Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7. Put the raisins in a bowl and pour over the orange juice. Gently cook the onion in the oil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped nuts to the pan and cook for a further 4–5 minutes, or until beginning to brown.
