This is a great and easy dish to make. You can use any of the varieties of sweet peppers. My favorites are cubanelle and shishito peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 g) cubanelle, shishito or mini peppers
  • 5 cloves

Method

  1. line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
