This is a combination I learned from The PizzaHacker. Pizza purists will scoff at this pie, but I don’t give a damn—it’s incredible. If you’re lucky enough to have some fresh figs at your disposal, then please, oh please, use them on this pizza. Otherwise, dried figs will do the trick just fine. If blue cheese isn’t your thing, feel free to try something a little milder. Just so ya know—you’re gonna do almost everything the same as the original pizza recipe, except for the toppings.
