Method

Choose a dark continental roast. Make the coffee any way you like, but the filter method is best because it makes a clear brew with no grounds. Sweeten to taste with the sugar while hot. Allow to cool, then chill.

Pour into ice-filled glasses, top up with chilled milk or cream and stir to mix. Freshly brewed and chilled coffee has an astringent and very refreshing taste. This is a marve
