Ironically, Koreans love to eat this cure-all tonic piping hot on the hottest days of summer! I ate one of the best samgae tang I’ve ever had on a hot July afternoon in Seoul, where people lined up out the door to consume an entire bowl of stuffed chicken in double-strength chicken stock. It was served simply with perfectly made kimchi and seasoned soy sauce on the side—my mind was blown.
