This is the ultimate go-to crumb topping. Prepare it in advance and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, so you’ll have it on hand, ready to go. That way, making dinner will be a snap, which is why I call it my “lazy” crumb topping. Use it to coat fish fillets or sprinkle it over a whole side of your favorite fish. It’s perfect for breaded chicken, too. The addition of sun-dried tomatoes and lemon zest makes these crumbs memorable.
