  • 50 ml Bourbon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 level tsp c

Method

Cut carefully around the skin of the orange with a knife, as you would peel an apple, taking as little of the white pith as possible in one long, continuous piece about 10 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.

Into the bottom of a whisky tumbler put the caster sugar, bitters and the orange juice. Place the orange peel into the glass so that it snakes its way around the inside.
