Shrimp and Chorizo Tapas

Over the years, I’ve visited longtime friends at their home in Barcelona numerous times. While it’s always fun to shop at the Catalan markets and then cook with the fresh seafood and delicious produce, it’s also rewarding to try tapas in the restaurants along the market square and get ideas for cooking at home. This is one of my go-to, easy and always appreciated recipes inspired by my travels to Spain.
