Neapolitan Lasagna

My maternal grandfather grew up in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Italy, and arrived in New York around 1920. My maternal grandmother hailed from Castellammare di Stabia, Italy. As a child, I spent my weekends with Nonna and Nonno.
