A favorite around Easter or the winter holidays, these pull-apart buns are soft and pillowy. The more icing the better!

Ingredients

  • ½ recipe (about 775 g) Brioche dough
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 2

Method

Remove brioche dough from freezer and let it come to room temperature. Line work surface with a large sheet of parchment paper. Lightly dust it with flour and transfer dough onto the parchment.
