Ingredients

  • 2 cups (340 g) chopped dark chocolate, 70% cacao
  • Toppings of your choice

Method

Line sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Place chocolate in a clean, dry mixing bowl and nestle on top of saucepan. Use a rubber spatula to gently stir until just melted. Be sure to not add air in while stirring. Remove bowl from saucepan and continue to stir until chocolate is completed melted.
