  • About

I’ve always loved candy! Butterfinger, Baby Ruth, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups . . . when I was growing up in Maplewood, New Jersey, Halloween was my favorite holiday. There was always one amazing house that gave out full-size candy bars! A roll of pennies was super-great, too. It made our pillowcases feel heavy, like we were hauling a really big load of candy. I also loved salt water taffy from the Jersey Shore, licorice from Germany, and red fish from Sweden. I could go on and on. Instead, I’ll share some favorite sweet treats.
