Using a modicum of staple ingredients, you can create chewy, flavor-infused tofu with very little effort or cleanup. Glazed with a mix of miso, tamari, and maple syrup, these tasty morsels make a great addition to Bliss Bowls, pasta, or salads, and the slices make an excellent base for Tortilla Pull-Aparts or low-FODMAP sandwiches.
