Growing up, my family used to visit Los Angeles often. When I was a kid, we discovered a Beverly Hills restaurant called Crustacean, which is famous for its garlic crab and noodles. Every time we visited LA, I would ask to go back to Crustacean for this favorite. Our rich and creamy Tết noodle recipe is my reinterpretation of that iconic dish. We originally released it as a limited-time special around Lunar New Year, or Tết, but our customers were furious when we took it off the menu, so we
