Madame Vo Lobster Special

Presented with all the pieces of a whole fried lobster sitting on a bed of noodles, our lobster special at Madame Vo is an off-menu item that customers must pre-order twenty-four hours in advance. Salty, sweet, and decadent with butter, it’s inspired partly by the famous lobster dish at Newport Seafood Restaurant in San Gabriel, California. This was one of my favorite restaurants and dishes when I was growing up, and my family always ordered it when we visited California.
