Vietnam is world-renowned for its coffee culture, which originated during the period of French colonization. While the French brought coffee (among other things) to Vietnam, the Vietnamese people have put their own distinct spin on it by using a slow-drip stainless-steel filter, called a phin, and blending the coffee with condensed milk.
