This elegant, mild dish is very suitable for dinner parties, perhaps with Spiced basmati rice, Cauliflower with potatoes and Yogurt with walnuts & fresh green coriander.


  • 2.5 cm/1 inch cube of fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
