  • ½ can (15-oz.) canned white beans, such as navy or butter beans, drained

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until smooth. Have a taste and add any extra seasoning, chili flakes, lemon juice or olive oil, depending on your personal preference.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of chili flakes, and serve.
